Refund Policy
In general, we only offer free returns, exchanges, or full refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged, defective, or lost in transit.
- 30 days of delivery.
For other reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction, or size issues,etc, we still offer return or exchange services, but the following terms apply:
- A 30% handling fee will be deducted.
- The return/exchange shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
After 10 days, returns or exchanges for personal reasons will no longer be accepted, regardless of the situation.
Customized products do not support cancellation, return or exchange.
