Please note, we currently only ship within the United States.

General Shipping Information

Kindly note that as our products are handmade, the production time requires 5 business days, and this time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping from warehouse: 4447 Farmwood St, Ladson South Carolina 29456, United States (If the US warehouse is out of stock, it may be shipped from warehouses in Vietnam, China, etc.)

How We Ship

At Epochtailors, we partner with trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, USPS, UNIUNI, and Speedx to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. For most shipments, we use USPS. However, for orders over $500, we may upgrade to DHL or FedEx to provide faster and more secure delivery.

Please Note:

Shipping times are calculated based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on production time, destination, and external factors beyond our control.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.
If there is a holiday, there may be a delay of 3-5 days.
The shipping times provided are estimated under normal conditions. Therefore, delivery times are not 100% guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s progress.

Cancel the Order

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at service@epochtailors.com.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

If your order was placed before 5 PM (ET), you can cancel it by contacting us before 5 PM (ET) on the same day.
If your order was placed after 5 PM (ET), you have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation.
If the product has been shipped and you insist on cancelling it, you may be charged a fee ranging from US$15 to US$30 after customer service agrees.
Once your order has entered the production process, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please include your order number and contact information when requesting a cancellation.

Note: We cannot cancel orders once the package is already in transit. We do not support refunds on any products in transit without our approval. We support you to wait for the product to be received and then contact our customer service via email service@epochtailors.com.

How to Track Your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and carrier information. For your convenience, you can also track your order directly on our website or here.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@epochtailors.com. We will resolve the issue promptly by either providing a full refund or reshipping your items to ensure your satisfaction.

I Ordered More Than One Item — Will They All Arrive Together?

We always strive to deliver all your items in a single shipment. However, due to varying production or shipping methods, some items may be sent separately. Rest assured, we will ensure all your items are delivered as quickly as possible.
