Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@epochtailors.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return detailed instructions on where to send your item.
When you receive your Epochtailors item, we encourage you to carefully inspect and try it on to assess the craftsmanship and quality. If you choose to return the item, please ensure it is repackaged securely in its original packaging, with all tags and components included. Kindly avoid wearing the item outside or damaging the packaging if you intend to return it. Any shipping fee you have paid is not refundable. We do not support any returns without our consent. We appreciate your cooperation.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will assess its eligibility for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–8 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size issues, color differences, unmet expectations, damaged or defective items, or the wrong product and so on.

- Items submitted for inspection must be clean and free of fur, stains, or damage.
- If the item is returned in a less-than-original condition, the restocking fee may increase based on the condition shown in the submitted photos.
Never Received
